For business customers, LIDH Connect generally acts as a processor on behalf of the customer. For this website and direct enquiries, LIDH Connect acts as controller.

Depending on the situation, processing is based on the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, on legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, on consent where required, and on compliance with legal obligations.

LIDH Connect can connect with third-party services such as Meta platforms including Instagram and WhatsApp, Google services such as Gmail, and commerce platforms such as Shopify.

When these integrations are used, information may also be processed by the relevant provider according to its own terms and privacy policies. LIDH Connect only accesses information required to provide the enabled integration.
