What does “1 Shopify store” or “1 WhatsApp account” mean?

It means connecting an account the customer already owns to LIDH Connect. LIDH does not automatically create a Shopify store, social-media account, Facebook Page or email inbox for the customer.

Additional accounts, systems or integrations

Additional websites, stores, social accounts, inboxes, CRM/ERP systems, APIs and special integrations are reviewed and quoted individually. We intentionally do not publish a generic add-on price list for these items.

Extensions

One clear add-on. Everything else based on need.

Viber Business is the only standardized add-on. Other extensions are scoped according to the real technical requirement.

Launch Partners

Special launch conditions for selected early customers.

During the launch phase, selected businesses may receive individual introductory conditions. Additional package agreements can be made for multiple websites, stores or accounts.

Launch price guarantee

Launch partners may receive a 24–36 month price guarantee as long as the agreed contract remains continuously active.

Third-party provider fees

Fees charged by providers such as Meta / WhatsApp, Viber, SMS providers, external APIs or third-party software are not included in the monthly LIDH subscription and are charged separately where applicable.
