Terms of Service

LIDH Connect provides an intelligent customer operations platform for businesses, covering customer communication and automation across website chat, email and supported messaging platforms.

These Terms apply to every visitor of this website and to every business customer using the platform. Individual written agreements with a business customer take precedence over these Terms where they differ.

LIDH Connect is offered as an operated service that is configured and implemented for each business customer. LIDH Connect does not provide personalized sales demonstrations or individual test installations.

The public interactive LIDH experience on this website is provided for evaluation purposes only, may be limited or changed at any time, and does not constitute a service commitment.

The platform is intended for business use only. By using the platform, the customer confirms that it acts in a commercial capacity and that the persons using the platform are authorised to do so.

The platform must not be used for unlawful, misleading, abusive or harmful activity, for unsolicited bulk messaging, or for attempts to access, disrupt or reverse engineer the service or its infrastructure.

LIDH Connect may suspend access where use of the platform endangers the security, availability or legal compliance of the service.

The platform can be connected to third-party services such as messaging, email and commerce platforms. Use of these services is subject to the terms and policies of the respective provider.

LIDH Connect is not responsible for availability, policy changes or restrictions imposed by third-party providers.

Responses may be generated with the LIDH Brain engine based on the knowledge and operational data released by the customer. Automated output can be incomplete or inaccurate and does not replace professional, legal, medical or financial advice.

The customer remains responsible for the content published in its name and for the escalation rules that route conversations to human employees.

The platform is provided as a paid service. Scope, implementation, support and pricing are agreed individually with each business customer in a written offer or contract.

Unless agreed otherwise, fees are invoiced in advance and are payable without deduction within the term stated on the invoice.

LIDH Connect aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, third-party outages and security measures can temporarily limit availability.

Support is provided through the agreed channels and through the official contact address.

The platform, its software, design and documentation remain the property of LIDH Connect. Customer content, business data and knowledge sources remain the property of the customer.

The customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for the duration of the agreement.

Both parties treat information disclosed in connection with the service as confidential. The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and, where required, in a separate data processing agreement.

LIDH Connect is liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is limited to typical, foreseeable damage and, in total, to the fees paid for the affected service in the twelve months before the event.

Liability for indirect damage, loss of profit or loss of data caused by third-party platforms is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

The term, renewal and notice periods follow the individual agreement. Both parties may terminate for cause at any time where a material obligation is breached and not remedied within a reasonable period.

LIDH Connect may update these Terms where services, integrations or legal requirements change. The current version is always published on this page.

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict of law rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of LIDH Connect in Switzerland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
